Hmmmm...

Well...
Today when to mid to watch movie..
Yes Man... lol
It was funny...
Well most of it is... you need to say yes to everything and good things happen to you, say no and bad things happen to you. haha
Well watch the movie wif the first girl i liked since form 1...
Kinda nervous oso.

B4 we go watch movie, we ate at yoshinoya. i ordered salmon while she wanted chicken so i order. half way eating i wanted to cut the meat... I see why is it like chicken. so i ask her if she is eating chicken or wat. manatahu i gave her the wrong food. haha... mistake there. Strike 1

I had the chance to hold her hand. but i was stalling. till i dun have 1 chance to hold oso. except inside the cinema i hold awhile for few seconds. then the show ended. == so strike 2. haix

I oso noe i failed edi. No way she will accept me or have second thought. haix Strike 3. I'm out...

Haix... Though i had a wonderful time today...

End of training

Well...
I've to prove it to my lecturer...
He said tat...
Chef Rex: 5 star hotel cant learn anything.
He's rite...
They oso bully you...
So i spend 1 month at park(pork)royal...
It was like hell... ==
Then tat bitch fired me cos i complain tat other people bullying me and i cant learn anything except wiping plates for 1 month...
Dude. i do this training to learn. bitch... ==
So i transfer to Pearl International.
Although is 3 star the staff there i very friendly and strict...
haha...
So i just wan to thank Chef Sugu, Sangkaran, Senthil, Alba, Po Yin, Garry, Ros for guiding and teaching me all the way for 2 month...
You are the best while working wif...
You all were very friendly oso strict at the same time...
Oh ya. did you noe tt the bottom of dc appraisal form got supervisory skill?
Guess wat???
Chef Sugu assigned me to supervise the owner of Pearl International Hotels son on the last week...
So coincidence???
Bit hard loh...
Tat guy bit hard to handle...
Cannot scold him oso... == Owners son we all call him when he is not around. haha...
Anyway thanks for guiding me those 2 month of training...

Bloody dates...







Yes. i took out a 20kg box of dates seed. == total time 5 out of 9 hours. == stand 2 hours. sit in store room wif no fan except ventilation fan for 3 hours...

Hmmm, top is left over sponge cake use for something. below are pudding and jelly

both is chiller. top left is store finish product of a cake. bottom left is store whip cream, fruits bla bla. top right is store half way done cake. below is loads and loads of sponge cake and sugar dough...

This is wat happen if you have ntg to do and working at nite. yes this is taken around 8 to 9pm == alone

Becos im in a freezer -20 degree celcius for almost 30 min rearrange the pastry items.
